Volunteering · 70+ volunteers and counting
Give an hour a week.
Everything at Karima runs on volunteers. Seventy-plus people, most giving just a few hours a week to help strengthen and grow our community. Tell us what you’re good at and we will find the role that fits.

Small hours,
real difference.
Since 1998, Karima has been built by the people who use it. We are volunteers who turn up for the reward of serving their community for the sake of Allah. We are always on the lookout for new volunteers, reach out to us today to get involved.
Find your role.

Something else
Good at design, accounts, fixing things, driving, photography? Karima needs skills as much as hours.
Tell us and we’ll find the fit.
Setting up the main hall
Help set out and pack down the main hall for Jummah, weekly classes and events: chairs, prayer space, sound and signage.
Suits practical people; regular slots or one-off days.
How it works.
Every volunteer gets an induction for their role, and roles involving children or vulnerable adults require a DBS check.
There’s no minimum commitment beyond honesty: tell us what you can give, an hour a week or one event a year, and we’ll plan around it.
Start with a conversation.
Fill in the form below and tell us a little about yourself. We will come back to you with a suggestion or two.
Put your name forward
Tell us what you are good at and roughly when you are free. We will come back to you with a suggestion or two.
The Prophet ﷺ taught that the most beloved people to Allah are the most beneficial to others. There’s a volunteering oppurtunity with your name on it.
