If something is wrong

How to raise a concern.

If you have a concern about your child’s school, speak to the class teacher or the Headteacher first. The Complaints and Concerns Policy sets out what happens at each stage and how long it should take.

A child’s safety

If your concern is about a child’s safety, do not wait for the complaints process. The safeguarding page explains how to raise it and who to contact.
