Becoming Muslim Men

Becoming Muslim Men

This event has already taken place. By registering you will receive a recording of the session.

In an age where men are really struggling find their place, are being pulled in multiple directions and are also being told they are the root of an evil 'patriachal' system that has ruined the world, what is Islam's understanding on all of this? Is gender a social construct? Are the men of today doomed to a life of meaningless consumption or is there a way to REALLY escape the Matrix they have been enclosed in? What does Islam have to say about the whole Andrew Tate phenomenon?

Join renowned Muslim author and thinkers, Imam Dawud Walid and Ustadh Hamza Tzortzis, as he endeavors to tackles these topics and more. There will be an opportunity to ask any questions, and to also purchase Imam Dawud's brilliant book on the topic.

This event is perfect for Muslim men, and those who care about them including their womenfolk (online) and community leaders!

Topics that will be discussed include:

1. What is the Islamic position on the phenomenon that is Andrew Tate, and where should Muslims look to for masculine guidance?

2. What is Islam's understanding of gender role for both genders, but primarily men.

3. In an age of extreme wokeness on one side of the spectrum, and red-pill madness on the other, what is the Islamic call to balance?

4. With men alienated, addicted to pornography and video games, and feeling listless, how can Muslim men practically transform their lives for the better?

5. What can organisations and families do to help promote a culture of healthy Islamic masculinity, whilst not relying on individuals to carry the full burden?
