Beginners Bushcraft Skills for Sisters

NOTE:  THIS IS ONLY OPEN TO SISTERS AGED 16+

Join us as we go back to basic and learn the basics for survival.

SESSION 1 - I’m a firestarter

This session will cover:

• Welcome and introduction
• A look at sourcing the appropriate tinder and kindling.
• How to prepare a fire site safely and correctly
• Guiding you through the process of building a fire and then maintaining it.
• You will also be shown how to safely clear a fire away

Location:  Cherry Dell Farm, Speen.

The woods surrounding Cherry Dell Farm in Speen offer a peaceful, secluded setting ideal for bushcraft. With a mix of mature trees, dense undergrowth, and natural clearings, the area provides both shelter and open space for hands-on learning. Rich in native wildlife and crisscrossed by quiet woodland paths, it’s a perfect environment to reconnect with nature, practice survival skills, and immerse in the rhythms of the wild.
