Overview

This Ramadan, after the prayers of Taraweeh, we will embark on a read-through of the advice of Luqman to his son — one of the most profound passages Allah has preserved in the Quran for eternity.
In an age where the crisis of fatherly absence is very real, we will examine the centrality of fathers in Islam, the identity of Luqman, and the way and contents of his advice — counsel so timeless that Allah chose to immortalise it in His Holy Book for all generations to come.
