Hatha yoga can be considered an umbrella term to describe many of the most common forms of yoga taught in the West today. With this type of traditional yoga, you will practice Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Postures (Asanas) and Relaxation (Savasana) at the end of the session. Depending on the theme chosen for the session, you will move into different poses that will challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and mindfulness.

I am a 5000-hrs registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Independent Network (Yoga Elder) and a Yoga Therapist. I’ve been studying and practicing yoga since 2009. Back then, I was living and working in Tamil Nadu, India. To address my back pain, I had private lessons for 2 years with an Indian master, who shared with me his life-time experience.
When I came back in Europe, I did the Sivananda training in France, and became an Anatomy nerd after completing my curriculum with Blandine Calais Germain -France- ; Leslie Kaminof -New York- and Thomas Myers -Maine-
During the last 10 years, I developed hands-on knowledge of how to adapt yoga techniques to the most vulnerable. I teach Yin, Restorative and Hatha practices, and see clients privately for Yoga Therapy sessions.
