The Karima Foundation is working in partnership with Bucks NHS Healthcare Trust to improve cancer outcomes. In England, there are health inequalities between ethnic minority and white groups. Health inequalities are avoidable, unfair and systematic differences in health between different groups of people.
Please join our Health Champions, Arooj Abdullah and Samina Hussain to educate yourselves and your family members on the signs and symptoms of a number of different cancer types. Catch it early, and get it treated early! Our health champions are able to speak in English, Urdu and/or other dialects (Mirpuri/Potwari) so please do bring the elder adults in your families.
